Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Legal Invoice Review Quality Assurance Analyst for a hybrid role across multiple U.S. sites, including Kennesaw, GA; Minneapolis, MN; Coppell, TX; and Wichita, KS.

You will review complex legal invoices and ensure billing accuracy in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment. The ideal candidate has a JD, legal billing experience, and strong communication skills to interact with law firms and internal teams.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
• Legal billing experience required
• Experience reviewing legal invoices, billing guidelines, or legal fee documentation
