The JCC Maccabi Assistant Games Director is a full-time staff position with the Kaiserman Jewish Community Center. Under the supervision of the JCC Maccabi Games Director , JCC Maccabi Assistant Games Director is responsible for ensuring an effective orchestration of the JCC Maccabi Games by maintaining strong lines of communication between committees, delegations, staff, and volunteers.

This is an exempt employment position. Candidate must be willing to work outside of regular hours including some evenings and weekends.
The JCC Maccabi Games Assistant Director must be prepared to do whatever is necessary to help the Games Director and staff run a smooth and organized set of Games. Within the last several months of program planning and during the program week itself, this will require considerable time above and beyond the normal 40-hour work week. The candidate must be able to work with a wide variety of volunteers and staff; and to remain calm while working under pressure .
