Cafua Management Company is hiring a JBOD Baker to support the Dunkin' brand at our Kellogg Road location in New York. This entry level role focuses on producing quality baked products by following brand standards, recipes, and safety guidelines.

You will work as part of a team, assist with daily baking tasks, maintain clean work areas, and meet guest demand with fast, friendly service. Weekend and holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English for guest interaction and team communication.
• Basic computer skills for register and order entry.
• Ability to operate standard restaurant equipment safely.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team to produce bakery items per Dunkin' standards.
• Follow recipes, safety and sanitation guidelines, and quality controls.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation; support weekends/holidays as needed.
• Assist in delivering quality products to guests promptly.

JOB TITLE: JBOD BAKER

JBOD bakers are responsible for producing a quality just baked product for our guests. This entry level team member position at Cafua Management Company prepares products according to the Dunkin’ Brands operational and quality standards. Bakers work as part of a team to ensure we are meeting our Guests’ needs, giving them a reason to come back again, and again.

Skills/Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Basic computer skills
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (18 years or older)
• Must be able to stand for 6+ hours and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
