Hireology is seeking a capable team lead to learn and perform all jobs within the department, able to relieve employees during breaks and act as team lead during non-break periods. Learns to operate and operates all equipment in the departments.

The role involves leading production, preparing paperwork, ensuring sanitation standards, and training staff under supervision to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education, training or experience (GED).
• Ability to type in order to operate a computer to enter and run reports.
• Mathematical and problem solving skills to successfully perform the job.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Department Supervisor by guiding employees in production to meet/exceed standards.
• Learn to operate and run all equipment to keep the line running.
• Prepare and complete paperwork using the computer system; oversee reports and checklists.
• Ensure sanitation requirements are met by all employees.
• Operate all department equipment as listed.
• Perform scale checks per procedures; teach and verify compliance.
• Collaborate with Supervisor to plan and prepare work assignments and trainings.
• Assist in ELO verifications.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Essential Functions:

• Act as the Team Lead for the Department Supervisor by leading employees in the production of the products to meet and /or exceed production standards.
• Learn to operate and operates all equipment to keep the line running by operating all equipment as employees take their breaks.
• Learn to prepare and prepares all paperwork using the computer system. Complete reports and checklists as assigned and oversee the paperwork prepared by all team members.
• Learn the Sanitation requirements and ensures that all employees comply with the requirements.
• Operates all department equipment as listed above.
• Performs scale checks according to procedures. Teaches others the procedures and verifies their compliance.
• Works with the Supervisor to plan and prepare work assignments and trainings.
• Assists in ELO Verifications.
• Performs other related duties as needed.

Work Environment:
