Role name: Java Tech Lead

Work Location: Local to Orlando, FL (Onsite)

Contract

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role and responsibilities:

1. 7-8years’ experience in software development using Agile methodology

2. Able to code with front-end & back-end technology stack and lead end-to-end troubleshooting and analysis for defects/bugs.

3. Experience with object-oriented server-side scripting language

4. Experience in Java/JEE/, Restful/SOAP Services, Micro Services, SpringBoot, AWS Cloud, Docker, Relational and NoSQL Databases

5. Experience building scalable, robust, resilient, and large-scale systems.

6. Experience writing Unit tests and Component tests.

7. Recommends improvements to processes, technology, and interfaces through Software Performance Optimization (memory, CPU, scaling, etc...)

8. Strong collaboration and consensus building skills with experience working with cross functional teams delivering high impact features

9. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast paced environment

10. Strong interpersonal skills as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail with proven ability to learn and apply new technologies

11. Ability to effectively communicate across a broad range of stakeholders, including customers, QA, operations, engineering, management, etc

12. Must have good documentation practices ensuring that all team members have access to comprehensive and well-organized project records.

13. Knowledge of RabbitMQ, Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, ServiceNow, AppDynamics, Splunk is a PLUS
