Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a senior Java engineer to lead an Agile development team building an enterprise platform using Angular, Java, and Spring. You will design scalable solutions, mentor peers, and contribute to architecture decisions to improve performance and reliability.

You will collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver production-grade software, and you will write clean, well-tested code while guiding best practices across the team.

Qualifications

• Team lead experience 3+ years.
• 10+ years of Java experience (Java 11+).
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Solid testing skills (JUnit, Mockito).
• Ability to mentor others and work in Agile teams.
