Responsibilities

• Monitor, scale and manage production environment.
• Managing the system support for the channels and identify and resolve any technical issues arising.
• Assist development team to instrument/debug/manage application server and sandbox environment
• Ability to instrument and manage environments and application servers for the team.
• Strong in follow up and troubleshooting any live issue.
• Manage and participate in bank DR and night activities.
• Design, implement and maintain applications that can be high-volume and low-latency
• Analyze user requirements to define business objectives
• Envisioning system features, define application objectives and functionality
• Create detailed design documentation
• Develop technical designs for application development
• Prepare and produce releases of software components
