Job summary

Tech3pillars Technologies is seeking a hands-on Java + SRE Engineer for a contract role in Phoenix, AZ. You will develop, troubleshoot, and support production microservices, leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate debugging, log analysis, and automation.

Responsibilities include Java engineering with Spring Boot, SRE/production operations, observability with Splunk/Kibana, and managing Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments and CI/CD pipelines. Strong AI tooling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years experience in Java-based microservices.
• Hands-on SRE and production operations experience.
• Experience with log analysis using Splunk, Kibana, or Elasticsearch.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes/OpenShift and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot enterprise microservices built on Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Manage production incidents, perform RCA, and drive reliability, availability, and SLA/SLO performance.
• Monitor platform health and analyze logs using Splunk, Elasticsearch, or Kibana.
• Support applications running on Kubernetes/OpenShift and Linux, and manage CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Utilize GenAI tools and LLM coding assistants for log analysis, code comprehension, unit testing, and automation.
