Job summary

You will work on Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices, with duties spanning incident management, RCA, and performance optimization in a Kubernetes/OpenShift environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
• Experience troubleshooting production Java apps and performance issues.
• Understanding of distributed systems and API integrations.
• Strong SRE mindset with incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience with Splunk or Elasticsearch/Kibana.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes/OpenShift and Linux.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and AI-assisted tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support enterprise Java applications.
• Provide SRE and production engineering support for services.
• Troubleshoot production issues across app, API, infra, DB, and network.
• Perform RCA and implement corrective actions.
• Support incident, problem, and change management with SLA/SLO.
• Monitor health using Splunk/Elasticsearch/Kibana and dashboards.
• Automate repetitive tasks and improve reliability.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering tools for debugging and automation.
