Job summary
KeyCorp is seeking a software engineer in Brooklyn, OH to design, develop, test, and support Java and Spring Boot-based applications, APIs, and microservices delivering core banking services enterprise-wide.
You will collaborate with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to implement secure, reliable solutions; participate in production support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement for optimal performance and customer experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of software engineering experience developing and supporting enterprise applications, APIs, or distributed systems.
- Experience developing enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting RESTful APIs and microservices.
Responsibilities
- Develop clean, maintainable, testable code for assigned work and participate in peer code reviews.
- Contribute to health, performance, and availability of one or more environments and platforms; support incident resolution.
- Assist in production support, system enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts to optimize platform performance and customer experience.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts.
