Job summary

Infosys Limited in the United States seeks a Technology Consultant 2 to contribute across the software development lifecycle, from requirements through deployment. You will document requirements, guide design decisions, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, code reviews, test strategy, and production support to ensure high-quality outcomes. Relocation/travel may be required, and visa sponsorship by Infosys is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; three years of progressive experience may substitute for education.
• Willing to relocate travel to work/project location within the United States.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (Infosys sponsorship not available).
• Experience in SDLC and integration of software components in a diverse stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting business requirements per guidance.
• Facilitate design discussions and document decisions to guide developers.
• Participate in coding and integrate features while maintaining stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive strategies for reliability.
• Maintain detailed records to enrich knowledge base for future projects.
