Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to contribute across the SDLC, focusing on Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, with strong AWS services knowledge. The role expects engagement in design discussions, coding, reviews, testing strategies, and end-to-end delivery in a manufacturing context.

You will also prepare documentation, train users, and help resolve production issues, with possible relocation/travel to project sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Relocation and/or travel to work/project location may be required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions for the technical team.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features into existing applications with focus on stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold quality.
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth transitions to new software.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive strategies to enhance reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base.
