Job Title: Java Solution Architect - W2 only - Can provide sponsorship

Location: Jersey City, NJ / Merrimack, NH / Smithfield, RI

Responsibilities:

• Must come from a development background as they are responsible for establishing the infrastructure. Will work directly with vendors and Product Owners to accomplish tasks.

Skills and Expertise:

• 6+ years of experience in architecture, analytics, design, and development of enterprise solutions across multiple platforms, frameworks, and languages.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership, prepare design artifacts, and implement solutions within agile teams. Responsible for end-to-end architecture design and communication with stakeholders.
• Experience engaging with multiple squads to deliver architecture artifacts, resolve issues, and develop product roadmaps.
• Ability to analyze business strategies, understand long-term visions, and evaluate risks and benefits of technical solutions. Collaborate with product owners and teams on technology evaluation and configuration.
• Strong relationship-building skills with product owners, architects, and technical leads. Capable of identifying opportunities for process improvement and capability rationalization.
• Extensive knowledge of APIs, UIs, infrastructure, data architecture, security, and emerging technologies.
• Deep understanding of agile development processes and DevOps practices.
• Expertise in cloud technologies, deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or both. Cloud certification preferred.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across organizational levels.
• Passion for technology and continuous learning.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to translate business needs into technological solutions.
