Position Overview
We are seeking a Lead Network Engineer/ Architect with extensive experience in KPI and Flex counters to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive process improvements, optimize operations, and deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product development initiatives for PWN, NHN, and MEC technologies.
- Create and validate new technology concepts through architecture design and prototyping.
- Develop comprehensive user stories to guide product development.
- Design and implement intuitive UI/UX for customer-facing dashboards and portals.
- Develop and maintain APIs for system integration and interoperability.
- Ensure seamless connectivity between enterprise private networks and Client’s network.
- Orchestrate and manage technology deployment for enterprise customers.
Requirements
- Experience with networking, PM counters, and KPIs.
- Strong understanding of product development and the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools (Atlassian, Google, Microsoft).
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in product development and customer experience.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong soft skills, initiative, influence, and results-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Educational background: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.

Compensation
Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000, based on experience and location. Additional benefits may apply.
