Network Engineer/ Architect (KPI and Flex counters)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead Network Engineer/ Architect with extensive experience in KPI and Flex counters to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive process improvements, optimize operations, and deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute product development initiatives for PWN, NHN, and MEC technologies.
2. Create and validate new technology concepts through architecture design and prototyping.
3. Develop comprehensive user stories to guide product development.
4. Design and implement intuitive UI/UX for customer-facing dashboards and portals.
5. Develop and maintain APIs for system integration and interoperability.
6. Ensure seamless connectivity between enterprise private networks and Client’s network.
7. Orchestrate and manage technology deployment for enterprise customers.

Requirements

1. Experience with networking, PM counters, and KPIs.
2. Strong understanding of product development and the Software Development Lifecycle.
3. Proficiency with collaboration tools (Atlassian, Google, Microsoft).
4. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in product development and customer experience.
5. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and develop innovative solutions.
6. Strong soft skills, initiative, influence, and results-oriented mindset.
7. Effective communication with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
9. Educational background: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.

Compensation

Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000, based on experience and location. Additional benefits may apply.
