Apple in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Software Engineer for Information Systems & Technology to develop and maintain Java-based software. You will work closely with software engineers, PMs, product designers, and other partners on projects spanning apple.com, Apple Stores software, identity, operations, recruiting, and data centers.

The role emphasizes design, testing, and on-time delivery with strong collaboration.

Formación

• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional work experience.
• 2+ years proven experience developing software in a professional capacity.
• 1+ years proven experience implementing cloud-based distributed systems, including familiarity with API implementation (e.g. REST, RPC, GraphQL, etc.).
• 1+ years proven experience using relational (e.g. Postgres, MySQL, etc.) and NoSQL (e.g. Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.) databases.
• 1+ years proven experience with Java.
• Familiarity with OOP principles, data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns (e.g. GoF).
