Job description

We are seeking a Software Engineer III – Supply Chain to develop and support enterprise software applications that support critical business operations, including supplier rebates, distribution center and warehouse operations, inventory control, and branch operations functionality.

This role is responsible for analyzing and resolving system issues, developing new software solutions based on approved design specifications, and supporting ongoing enhancements to enterprise applications. The Software Engineer III will work as part of an Agile development team to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise software supporting supply chain operations.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system issues.
• Design, develop, and implement new software functionality based on approved requirements and design documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Participate in planning, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Communicate effectively with business users by discussing requirements and demonstrating working software solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technology-focused field.
• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering software solutions using Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience working with Supply Chain Technology.
• Experience with product ownership, planning, and delivery in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and demonstrate software solutions to end users and stakeholders.

Preferred Background:

• Experience supporting distribution, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile development practices and software delivery.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
