Job summary

Williams is seeking a Software Developer IV to lead the design and development of advanced software solutions across Oracle Cloud SCM and related platforms. You will guide architectural decisions, mentor teammates, and collaborate with business partners to align initiatives with strategic goals.

You will own the product roadmap, drive automation and AI-enabled improvements, and ensure scalable, maintainable systems while coordinating with Supply Chain, Finance, and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of software development experience.
  • High school diploma or GED with technical schooling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills with safety as priority.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of sophisticated software solutions, including hands-on development, testing, and debugging.
  • Define technical vision and guide the team in architectural decisions.
  • Collaborate with partners to define project goals and requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and teams.
  • Contribute to the documentation of software solutions and processes.
  • Develop, configure, and support scalable Oracle Cloud SCM solutions across procurement, sourcing, supplier management, inventory management, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Visual Builder Studio.
  • Manage and prioritize the product roadmap to align system enhancements with business objectives, Oracle release cycles, and expected value realization.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution options, and deliver effective system capabilities.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Expert‑level proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies.
  • Experience crafting scalable and maintainable software systems.
