Avanciers Incorporated is seeking a Java OSS Architect for a client project in a hybrid work model (Richardson, TX; Cary, NC; Ashburn, VA; Basking Ridge, NJ). The role demands telecom OSS domain expertise and full-stack Java proficiency across Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures.

Formación

• Telecom OSS domain experience in service fulfillment/assurance and inventory management.
• Strong Java stack: Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs, Angular/React.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Knowledge of TM Forum Open APIs and telecom platforms such as Netcracker/Amdocs.
• Agile/Scrum experience; bachelor degree or foreign equivalent required.

Job Description

• 1. Strong Telecom OSS domain expertise in service fulfillment, service assurance, inventory management, order management, network provisioning, and BSS/OSS transformation programs.
• 2. Full-stack development and architecture experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, Microservices, Angular/React, and RESTful APIs.
• 3. Expertise in cloud-native architecture, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD pipelines, databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL), middleware, API gateways, and event-driven architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• 4. Experience with solution architecture, technical design reviews, and technical team leadership, along with TM Forum Open APIs, telecom platforms (Netcracker, Amdocs, Nokia, Ericsson), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and observability tools.
• 5. Strong stakeholder management, client-facing communication, and Agile/Scrum experience. Exposure to Fiber, 4G/5G, IP/MPLS, SDN/NFV, DevSecOps, network automation, and relevant architecture certifications is preferred. Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required, with progressive specialty experience accepted in lieu of education as specified.
