Job summary

Infosys Limited seeks a Technology Project Lead 2 in the United States to drive large-scale OSS/BSS programs across telecom clients. You will define objectives, lead cross-functional teams, and manage risk, budget, and stakeholder communications while shaping modern, cloud-native delivery strategies.

The role emphasizes client relationships, architecture leadership, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to accelerate delivery and value realization.

Qualifications

• Strong Telecom OSS domain expertise with hands-on experience in Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Network Provisioning.
• Deep understanding of TM Forum frameworks, Open APIs, and OSS/BSS integration architectures.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solution architectures and modernizing legacy OSS platforms.
• Strong full-stack technical background with Angular and/or React, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.

• Scope changes and develop client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates.

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Required Skill and Experience

Strong Telecom OSS domain expertise with hands‑on experience in Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Network Provisioning. Deep understanding of TM Forum frameworks, Open APIs, and OSS/BSS integration architectures. Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise‑scale solution architectures and modernizing legacy OSS platforms. Strong full‑stack technical background with Angular and/or React, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and event‑driven architectures. Experience with cloud‑native architectures, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD pipelines, and API‑led integration strategies. Ability to lead architecture reviews, define technology roadmaps, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. Strong communication, leadership, and client‑facing consulting skills.

Preferred Skill and Experience

Experience with telecom network technologies including Fiber, IP/MPLS, 4G/5G, SDN, and NFV. Exposure to OSS platforms such as Netcracker, Amdocs, Ericsson, Nokia, and ServiceNow Telecom solutions. Experience with public cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP. Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, and large‑scale event‑streaming architectures. Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics. Experience leading telecom transformation, cloud migration, and OSS modernization programs. Understanding of DevSecOps practices, AI‑driven network operations, and network automation initiatives. Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, TM Forum, AWS Solution Architect, Azure Architect, or SAFe are highly desirable.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
