Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Java (preferably Java 17 or higher) and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and Apache Kafka.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and OpenAPI standards.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and PostgreSQL, plus Cassandra/Redis for data modeling.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java microservices on Spring Boot deployed in Kubernetes.
• Build event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka for real-time pipelines.
• Develop RESTful APIs following OpenAPI standards and manage versioning.
• Design scalable relational and non-relational data models.
• Write clean, testable code with robust unit tests and CI/CD integration.
• Monitor incidents and drive root-cause analysis to meet SLAs.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
