Job summary

Erias Ventures seeks a Software Engineer to design, develop, and implement complex software capabilities for computer-based systems. You will work with a talented team to deliver high-quality software solutions for diverse clients. The role is partly telework with a hybrid schedule, based in Columbia, MD.

Must currently hold an active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship. Five years of software engineering experience—or three with a master's—are required, with specific expertise in Java, APIs,

Qualifications

• Java and/or Kotlin development experience.
• Inquisitive, responsive, and excellent testing skills.
• Strong troubleshooting under pressure with deadlines.
• Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies.
• Experience in designing enterprise APIs.
• RESTful web services experience.
• Microservices architecture experience.
• OOP paradigms familiarity.
• Experience with the agile software lifecycle.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently or in a team.
• Experience with the Linux operating system.
• Experience with configuration tools (Git, Nexus, Maven).
• Hybrid work: 1–2 days/week in Columbia, MD office.
• Security + Certification.
