Job summary

York Solutions, Llc is seeking an experienced hands-on technical lead to design, develop, and deliver RxMAP solutions across frontend, backend, database, and cloud technologies. You will mentor teams in India, provide technical guidance, and drive implementation from design to production.

The role requires strong Java, JavaScript/ReactJS, SQL, and Azure expertise, plus the ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of frontend development with JavaScript-based technologies, preferably ReactJS.
• 8+ years of backend development experience with Java.
• 8+ years of SQL experience, including complex queries and stored procedures.
• 4+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• 3+ years of experience leading or guiding software development teams.
• Hands-on technical lead who codes while providing direction.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience with healthcare domain is preferred and a regulated enterprise environment is a plus.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and deliver RxMAP application solutions across frontend, backend, database, and cloud technologies.
• Develop modern frontend applications using JavaScript and ReactJS.
• Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java and SQL.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and other procedural database code.
• Work extensively with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, Azure Event Hub, and Azure Networking.
• Participate in technical solutioning, application design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Lead and support development teams in India to successfully deliver RxMAP enhancements.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, code reviews, and troubleshooting support to other developers.
• Identify and resolve application performance, production, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Take ownership of assigned enhancements from technical design through production implementation.
• Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and GenAI platforms for coding, testing, documentation, analysis, and development productivity.
• Continuously explore opportunities to incorporate AI into the design, development, and testing of RxMAP.
• Provide production support and resolve critical application issues when required.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ years of experience in frontend development using JavaScript-based technologies, preferably ReactJS.
• 8+ years of backend development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Java.
• 8+ years of experience working with SQL, including complex queries and procedural database code.
• Strong experience designing, developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise applications.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong exposure to:
• Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Azure Databricks
• Azure Event Hub
• Azure Networking
• 3+ years of experience leading or technically guiding software development teams.
• Must be a hands-on technical lead who is comfortable coding while also providing technical direction to other developers.
• Experience with application solutioning, technical design, code reviews, production support, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or similar GenAI/AI-assisted engineering tools is highly preferred.
• Healthcare domain experience is preferred, particularly in PBM, pharmacy rebates, drug pricing, formulary operations, payer systems, or pharmacy benefit management.
• Experience working in a regulated enterprise environment is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and team-leadership skills.
