Qualifications

• Experience building cloud-native, containerized apps in Azure.

Technical Skills (Must Have)

• Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices architecture)
• Hands‑on experience with React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Boards, Repos)
• Expertise in GitHub Enterprise / version control / branching strategies
• Experience in building cloud‑native and containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of REST APIs, event‑driven architecture, and integration patterns
• Exposure to AI/ML tools, Generative AI, or AI‑assisted development tools

Functional & Leadership Skills

• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery model
• Ability to engage with business stakeholders and convert requirements into solutions
• Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in distributed global teams (onshore/offshore model)

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-based coding tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs)
• Domain experience in Insurance / Financial Services (optional)

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000 per year
