Job summary

DMS VISIONS INC. is seeking a Java Tech Lead to guide enterprise-scale software initiatives onsite in Jacksonville, FL. This role requires hands-on senior Java full stack development with Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, AWS Cloud, Angular and React.

You will lead Agile teams, drive architecture decisions, and mentor developers onsite. Local candidates only; face-to-face interview at the customer location is required.

Qualifications

• Java Full Stack Developer with 12+ years of experience in enterprise-scale applications (Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, AWS Cloud, Angular, React).
• Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture, API development, DevOps, and distributed systems.
• Domain experience across Healthcare, Banking Payments, Financial Services, and Telecom with exposure to ACH, Wire Transfers, SWIFT, RTP, I Merchant Payments, and high-volume processing.
• Hands-on lead experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, DynamoDB, Oracle, Kafka, OAuth2/JWT security, and Generative AI tech (RAG, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, GitHub Copilot).
• Ability to interview in person at client location only.

Responsibilities

• Lead Java Full Stack development activities and mentorship.
• Drive architecture decisions and ensure cloud-native microservices implementation.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and security implementations (OAuth2/JWT).
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support client locations for in-person interviews.
