Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, with secure handling of data and outputs.
• Experience with Transformative AI or LLM driven solutions.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.

Responsibilities

• Execute software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting for Transformative AI applications.
• Write secure and high-quality code using Java and React, with limited guidance.
• Leverages AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, with peer review and secure coding standards.
• Apply SDLC tools and automation capabilities to improve value realization and stability.
• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS, considering upstream/downstream impacts.
• Collaborate with team members to foster diversity, inclusion, and learning.
