Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer Java for a contractual position to design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and ensure high-quality code standards. This is a remote opportunity for immediate joiners only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project managers for timelines and deliverables.
  
• Contribute to recruitment and onboarding efforts.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 6 years of professional Java development experience.
  
• Proficient in Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
  
• Knowledge of Golang is a plus.
  
• Strong grasp of OOP, design patterns, and coding best practices.
  
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
  
• Familiar with Git and version control workflows.
  
• Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS); Angular/React/Vue is a plus.
  
• Strong communication skills—verbal and written.
  
• Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
  
• Experience in Azure Cloud Services deployment and development.
