Job summary

Concentrix in Omaha, NE is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with a strong background in delivering high-quality, zero-defect projects. You will work on enterprise applications using Java and Spring, with REST APIs and Angular frontend to create scalable solutions.

The role requires mentoring junior developers, performing code reviews, and collaborating in Agile teams. Expect onsite work five days a week, involvement with Kafka, JMS, and cloud services, and a focus on robust engineering

Qualifications

• Java 8, REST APIs, and J2EE fundamentals.
• Experience with Angular front-end and Spring-based back-end.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle/MySQL databases.
• Experience with messaging: Kafka.

Role: Java Full stack Developer

Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite - 5 days a week)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with a strong background in delivering high-quality, zero-defect projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, drive technical excellence through code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java 8, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Design and optimize queries for SQL and Oracle databases.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to develop user interfaces, preferably using Angular 8.
• Integrate systems using JMS, Kafka, and GIS technologies.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Participate in Agile development practices.

Must-Have Skills

• Languages & Core: Java 8, Core Java / J2EE fundamentals, REST APIs
• Frontend: Angular 8
• Frameworks & Databases: Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate (or proficiency in JSF / Struts), MongoDB, MySQL, Oracle Database (very strong skills essential)
• Big Data & Messaging: Apache Spark, Kafka (or other messaging services)

Desired Profile & Responsibilities

• Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities paired with very good communication skills.
• Leadership & Quality: Capable of conducting thorough code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and driving a culture of "First Time Right" with zero production defects.
• Integration Experience: Prior experience with Web Services or JMS is a strong plus.

The base salary for this position is $82,000 to $102,580 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
