Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of Java development experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and strong SQL skills.
• Experience with AutoSys and debugging complex production issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support software solutions for Core HR processes.
• Build and maintain integrations with Oracle Fusion HCM and other enterprise apps.
• Develop and support Java-based applications and services.
• Create and optimize SQL queries and data solutions.
• Support and maintain AutoSys job scheduling processes.
• Troubleshoot complex application and production issues.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
