Virtusa is seeking an ambitious Java Developer to join our growing team in a remote-first setup. This role targets candidates with 3–5 years of commercial Java experience and a strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders across regions, including our global Headquarters in Warsaw.

You should be a self-starter who looks for improvements, with English at C1 level. Nice-to-haves include ServiceNow production support, ELK Stack familiarity, and Polish language skills.

Qualificações

• Experience: Ideally 3-4 years of commercial experience (maximum 5 years total).
• Java Expertise: 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Java in its various forms and frameworks.
• Communication: C1 English proficiency is mandatory, as you will be collaborating with international stakeholders.
• Mindset: You are flexible, adaptable, and a self-starter. You don’t just wait for tasks; you look for ways to improve the project.

Responsabilidades

• Nice to Have: Production Support with ticket handling, ServiceNow, or production support processes.
• Monitoring Tools: Knowledge or hands-on experience with the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
• Language: Fluency in Polish is a plus.

Whilewe offer a remote-first environment, we value the social aspect of work. You are always welcome in our Warsaw office, andwe gather the full team there for one week twice a year when our HQ leadership visits.
