Anagh Technologies Inc is seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure enterprise applications. You will lead REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions, with strong focus on performance and security.

You will mentor teams, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate across product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable production systems and rapid delivery.

Qualificações

• 10–15+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment.
• Knowledge of API and web security (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, OWASP).
• Hands-on with Kafka and MongoDB.
• CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, Kafka, and cloud‑based application development, along with technical leadership and software architecture expertise.

The candidate will collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to drive technical decisions, improve application performance, and ensure successful delivery and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise‑grade software applications.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot, following best practices for API documentation, versioning, testing, and management.
• Architect and implement scalable distributed systems and microservices‑based applications for cloud environments.
• Lead technical discussions, system design reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Implement secure application architectures using OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, authentication, authorization, and OWASP security practices.
• Work with Kafka messaging, MongoDB, caching solutions, and backend data processing systems.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related build and deployment tools.
• Promote Agile development, test‑driven development (TDD), pair programming, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor developers, share technical expertise, and collaborate with product managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Support production applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability and performance.

Required Technical Skills

• 10–15+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Expertise in REST APIs, API design, Swagger, OpenAPI, or REST Docs.
• Strong experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud‑based application development and deployment.
• Knowledge of API and web security, including OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and OWASP.
• Hands‑on experience with Apache Kafka and MongoDB.
• Experience with caching technologies and backend system design.
• Proficiency with Git, Maven or Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including code reviews, TDD, and pair programming.
• Strong technical leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with API gateways and service discovery/registration.
• Experience with large‑scale enterprise applications in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Proven ability to lead technical design decisions and deliver production‑ready software solutions.
