Robotics Technologies LLC in Ashburn, VA seeks a senior software engineer to design and implement a microservice-based JEE software stack. You will use Eclipse/VSCode and Atlassian tools for design, development, and testing, and present solutions in design reviews while documenting according to the government lifecycle.

The role requires strong backend expertise with Spring Boot, Angular UI, and database work with Oracle and Postgres, plus experience in cloud orchestration and distributed teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related engineering field with 14+ years of technical experience or Master's and 12.
• Provisioning, operating, and maintaining systems running on AWS (or equivalent cloud providers).
• Solid experience with backend systems using Spring Boot.
• Java Frameworks such as Spring.
• UI development skills, specifically with Angular 19+.
• Database operations (Oracle and Postgres).
• Hibernate.
• JMS.
• XML, JSON.
• SQL, JDBC.
• Experience with object-oriented analysis and design techniques.
• Thorough understanding of infrastructure (firewalls, load balancers, storage, monitoring, security etc.) and have experience with orchestration to develop a cloud solution.
• High level of self-motivation, desire to deliver stellar solutions and willingness to work in a distributed team environment.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior level developers.
• Openness to working on all layers of the application.

• Master's in Computer Science or related field.


• Familiar with OAuth.


• Developing 100% automating unit tests using SOAP-UI, Selenium, or equivalent tools.


• Software Configuration Management (SCM) tools (Git and Gradle/Maven).


• Load Balancing and Enterprise Service Bus frameworks (preferably under Cloud environment).


• Agile Scrum and possibly experience with leading a Scrum team as a scrum master or equivalent.


• Elasticsearch.
