Robotic Technologies Automation is seeking an experienced Java Developer to support and maintain enterprise applications. You will troubleshoot production issues, support RESTful APIs, and optimize performance in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices, and be adept at incident management, RCA, and documentation. Experience with Linux and common CI/CD tools is required.

Qualificações

• Strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Experience supporting RESTful APIs and distributed applications.
• Deep understanding of JVM internals, garbage collection, thread management, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting, debugging, and data analysis.
• Experience in Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere).
• Experience with messaging (Kafka, JMS, MQ).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools and ITIL processes (Incidents, Problems, Changes).
• Experience using ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy).
• Ability to manage P1/P2 major incidents and perform RCA.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices to support and maintain enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience troubleshooting production issues, supporting RESTful APIs and distributed systems, optimizing application performance, and managing major incidents in a fast‑paced environment.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Experience supporting RESTful APIs and distributed applications.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Spring Cloud.
• OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Kafka and other distributed messaging technologies.
• MongoDB and Redis.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience supporting high-volume banking, financial services, insurance, or enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted developer tools such as GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot.
