Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Java / J2EE Technical Lead in Pittsburgh, PA to guide a development team through prototyping and product building. You will design and document complex technical components, applying established design patterns and future-state architectures to ensure scalable solutions.

You will participate in design reviews, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members, while ensuring adherence to development standards and security considerations.

Qualifications

• Evaluate detailed business, functional, and technical requirements including recovery, security, and audit.
