NationMind LLC is a technology consulting firm focused on software development and QA testing services. We are currently hiring skilled professionals for Java Technical Lead to join our growing team in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 6+ month assignment on W2.

The role requires typically 10 to 15 years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in senior/lead roles. Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related tech.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, and enterprise frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, or JPA.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Design system architecture and write technical specifications for enterprise products.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Java developers, conduct code reviews, and oversee sprint deliverables.
• Hands-On Coding: Participate in complex programming, refactoring, and developing Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Quality Assurance: Ensure CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Test-Driven Development practices are utilized.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align technical solutions with business requirements and communicate progress to stakeholders.
