Job summary

EY seeks an FSO Technology Service Delivery Manager to join the Service Delivery Center. You will help design, build, test, deploy, and support technology solutions for clients in a fast‑paced environment, balancing priorities with evolving tech.

You’ll lead or contribute across the project lifecycle, delivering reliable systems and strong client outcomes. The role requires6+ years in tech software development, strong back‑end and front‑end skills, RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, and hands‑on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in technology software development.
• Back‑end experience using Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Front‑end development with modern frameworks (React, Angular) or responsive web design.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands‑on experience building applications with cloud‑native/Microservices architecture, including IaaS, PaaS and container deployment.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks and TDD/BDD.
• Experience delivering digital projects using agile methodology.
• Familiarity with automated testing and integration of complex systems.
• Design and architecture of large, business‑critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Support engagement teams by analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, integrating, testing, and deploying distributed software applications.
• Deliver high‑quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience.
• Communicate progress to client engagement teams and demonstrate technical expertise.
