Job summary

Vention ищет опытного бэкенд-инженера для разработки и поддержки Java/Spring Boot микросервисов. Ваша роль включает решение задач распределённых систем, обеспечение надёжности, налаживание взаимодействия с MySQL/Aurora, DynamoDB и Zuora.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет практического бэкенд–инжиниринга с Java и Spring Boot 3, создание и сопровождение продProduction-микросервисов.

• Опыт разработки API с Netflix DGS или использованием Apollo Java/Kotlin клиента.
• Опыт работы с событиями в распределенных системах: AWS SQS, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Опыт работы с JPA/Hibernate и Spring Data JPA с MySQL/Aurora, проектирование транзакций.
• Опыт тестирования: JUnit 5, Mockito, интеграционные тесты против живых окружений.
• Опыт Gradle multi-module сборок и GitLab CI/CD.
• Опыт мониторинга в Datadog и production monitors.
• Этичное использование AI-помощников кода (GitHub Copilot, Claude).
• Базовый уровень английского не ниже B2.

Responsibilities

• Разработка и поддержка Java/Spring Boot бэкенд-сервисов и микросервисов.
• Решение задач распределённых систем: консистентность транзакций, обработка событий, надежная нотификация.
• Поддержка бухгалтерских сервисов: синхронизация MySQL/Aurora, DynamoDB, MongoDB и Zuora.
• Выпуск фич через GitLab CI/CD и обеспечение тестового покрытия.
• Улучшение надёжности через метрики Datadog, Canary-деплойменты и мониторинг.
• Обеспечение производительного развёртывания и observability.

Задачи:

• Develop and maintain Java and Spring Boot backend services, delivering features, bug fixes, and reliability improvements across BAM services
• Solve distributed systems challenges, including transactional consistency, event-driven correctness, notification reliability at scale, and safe multi-entity migrations
• Keep advertiser billing accounts accurate, compliant, and synchronized across MySQL/Aurora, DynamoDB, MongoDB, and external platforms such as Zuora
• Deliver production-ready features and fixes through GitLab CI/CD
• Maintain unit and integration test coverage that meets JaCoCo quality gates
• Improve system reliability through observability, resilience patterns, safe canary deployments, and production deployments gated by Datadog monitors

Требования:

• 5+ Years of hands-on backend engineering experience with Java and Spring Boot 3, building and maintaining production microservices
• Mid-to-senior level engineering background with ownership of production services in a distributed systems environment
• Experience building APIs with Netflix DGS or consuming GraphQL APIs using the Apollo Java/Kotlin client
• Hands-on experience with event-driven distributed systems using AWS SQS, Apache Kafka, or RabbitMQ
• Strong experience with JPA/Hibernate and Spring Data JPA with MySQL/Aurora, including transactional design and optimistic locking
• Experience with JUnit 5, Mockito, and integration testing against live environments
• Experience with Gradle multi-module builds
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Datadog metrics, monitoring, and production/ deployment monitors
• Responsible use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude while maintaining code quality and correctness
• English B2 or higher
