Job summary

IDEX is seeking a JDE Integration Architect to own the data flows between JD Edwards and downstream platforms like SAP Commerce Cloud, Dynamics, and Brandfolder. You will design middleware, monitor sync health, and ensure scalable, repeatable integrations across multiple BUs and regions.

You will collaborate with regional IT teams and the Group Platform Manager to onboard new BUs and ensure global data consistency, while maintaining data validation at the source and improving data quality across

Qualifications

• 5+ years with JD Edwards (JDE) in configuration or integration.
• Experience building integrations between JDE and e-commerce, CRM, DAM systems.
• Knowledge of JDE data structures: product, pricing, inventory, sales orders, customers.
• Hands-on with middleware/orchestration tools such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or JDE-native orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Own the JDE integration architecture between JD Edwards and all SDFC customer-facing platforms — SAP Commerce Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Brandfolder, analytics tools.
• Design and build the middleware and orchestration layers that move product, pricing, inventory, and order data from JDE to downstream systems.
• Ensure SAP platform functions (product catalog, pricing logic, order sync, inventory visibility) work as anticipated and troubleshoot when they don’t.
• Lead regional consistency efforts (India, China) and coordinate with offshore IT teams to standardize processes.
