Job summary

Wipro Limited in Addison, Texas is seeking a Technical Lead L1 to lead backend development and architect microservices with Spring Boot. The role requires strong Java backend expertise and delivering secure, scalable banking applications.

The candidate will drive end-to-end technical delivery, mentor engineers, and ensure RESTful API design, containerized deployments, and cloud readiness across AWS/Azure/GCP. 5–8 years of relevant experience required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Java backend development.
• Experience architecting microservices using Spring Boot.
• Proven ability to deliver RESTful APIs and integrate systems.
• Familiarity with banking security standards is a plus.
• Experience with containerized deployments and cloud platforms.
