Job summary

Qualifications

• Fullstack Java Enterprise with 5–8 years of experience.
• Experience in ITIL-based operations and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of capital markets domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Onsite Tech lead to refine and prioritize new product requirements.
• Estimate story points for new requirements before sprint planning.
• Guide team technically and resolve complex issues; perform code reviews.
• Coordinate with EJ Team Leads/Business Analysts for sign-offs; ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
• Handle Java support tasks including debugging, troubleshooting, and RCA creation.
• Monitor applications and participate in operational activities.
