Qualifications

• Proficient in Java 8+ and OO design.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and related ecosystem components.
• Hands-on Oracle PL/SQL development and performance tuning.
• Understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful design.
• Experience with Apache Kafka for messaging.
• Familiarity with Cucumber and BDD testing.
• Exposure to DevOps/CI-CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Optional exposure to NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of robust backend services using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions with focus on performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Mentor developers on best practices, code quality, and problem-solving.
• Integrate and manage messaging systems using Apache Kafka.
• Ensure database performance and integrity via optimized PL/SQL development.
• Implement and maintain BDD test frameworks using Cucumber.
• Drive CI/CD pipeline automation and DevOps adoption.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
