Job summary

AppLab Systems, Inc is seeking a Java Engineer with machine learning exposure to design, develop, and integrate ML models into production-grade Java services. Onsite roles in Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA with Apple project experience a plus.

You will collaborate with ML, data platform, and data engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable backend solutions for high-impact applications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Java backend development.
• Experience on Apple projects is highly preferred.
• Exposure to ML concepts and ML pipelines.
• Knowledge of ETL, data pipelines, and large datasets.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
