Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Java Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain highly available, secure microservices for healthcare data exchange. You will work with Java/JEE, Spring Boot, Node.js, RESTful APIs, Apache Kafka, and CI/CD, while applying security practices and 12-Factor principles.

Collaboration with Product, Architecture, Security, and DevOps teams is essential to deliver reliable backend solutions.

Competenze

• Strong experience with Java/JEE and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on Node.js and RESTful API development.
• Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of JSON data modeling, validation, and versioning.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Security practices including SAST/DAST.
• Understanding of 12-Factor App principles.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Job Description:

We are looking for an experiencedJava Backend Engineerto design, develop, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable microservices supporting healthcare data exchange and platform capabilities.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience withJava/JEE, Spring Boot, Node.js, RESTful APIs, Apache Kafka, and CI/CD, along with knowledge of DevOps, application security, and infrastructure automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend microservices usingJava/JEE, Spring Boot, and Node.js.
• Develop secure, scalable, high-performance, and resilientRESTful APIs.
• Implement event-driven architectures usingApache Kafka, including producers, consumers, schema evolution, partitioning, and consumer groups.
• Work withJSONfor data modeling, validation, versioning, and backward compatibility.
• Build and maintainCI/CD pipelinescovering unit testing, integration testing, static analysis, and deployment automation.
