Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience building scalable backend applications with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with trading platforms or financial services domain is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance Java backend applications.
• Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs supporting trading and financial systems.
• Develop solutions for high-volume transaction processing and low-latency applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, traders, product owners, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver business-critical functionality.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best engineering practices.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
