Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a highly capable Java Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to contribute to design, development, and deployment of high-volume enterprise applications. You will architect robust, secure, and compliant transactional backends, optimize billing/pricing engines, and drive technical excellence on AWS.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-performance microservices, manage data models across relational and NoSQL databases, and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of backend software engineering experience.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems, enterprise SaaS, or financial applications.
• Experience delivering software in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement high-availability Java applications.
• Write secure, optimized code for large-scale financial transactions.
• Design and scale microservices for transactional consistency and speed.
• Manage relational and NoSQL databases and design schemas.
• Build secure APIs for third-party integrations and ERP connections.
• Automate cloud deployments using AWS and DevOps practices.
• Lead code reviews and mentor team members.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize query performance for zero-downtime deployments.
