Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on Java backend development in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and SQL databases.
• Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka) and cloud/containerization is a plus.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and SDLC processes.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with internal and external enterprise systems.
• Apply object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, and coding best practices.
• Build scalable and resilient services with appropriate exception handling, logging, and performance optimization.
• Work with relational databases, write complex SQL queries, and optimize database performance.
• Implement asynchronous messaging and event-driven processing using Apache Kafka or similar technologies.
• Write unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito; participate in code reviews and automated testing.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support production incidents and releases.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and product owners.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow enterprise security standards, secure coding practices, and software development lifecycle processes.
