Zenith Infotek LLC. seeks a Software Developer (Java Backend) with DevOps to design, build, and operate scalable backend services in a contract role in Cupertino, CA. You will own RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native deployments, collaborating across product, SRE, security, and infra teams.

Requirements include 5+ years of backend coding, strong Java (or Python/Go/JS), and solid Linux administration. AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and IaC experience are essential for success.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong Java backend experience with RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of OO design principles and patterns.
• Experience building distributed, high-availability systems.
• Proficient Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on AWS and cloud-native development exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices.
• Build robust APIs and distributed systems for large-scale workloads.
• Develop, deploy, and optimize cloud-native apps using AWS services.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases.
• Collaborate with product managers, SREs, security, and teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Improve reliability, observability, performance and scalability.
• Participate in architecture reviews and code reviews.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC tools.
• Contribute to engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
