Job summary

V Group Inc in Albany, NY seeks a Java Architect to design and develop enterprise applications, including OpenText Exstream Cloud Native, COBOL, and DB2.

You will provide production support, perform analysis and design, and mentor junior developers as part of modernization efforts.

This contract spans 30 months with 40-hour weeks and interview options via webcam or in-person.

Qualifications

• 72 months of experience with Java programming in an IBM environment, using an Eclipse-based IDE.
• 84 months of experience developing tax processing systems for a federal, state, or municipal agency.
• 84 months of experience installing, configuring, patching, and testing OpenText Exstream software, and architecting complex business applications.
• 84 months of IBM mainframe COBOL programming experience.
• 84 months of IBM DB2 for z/OS experience.

Scope of Project
