Everforth Apex in Newark, Delaware is seeking a Java Application Developer to build and maintain high-transaction Java applications, including REST and SOAP services, with a focus on performance, tuning, and correct design patterns. The role requires hybrid onsite presence three days per week.

You will contribute to LLE triage and release support, work with Spring and J2EE stacks, and collaborate with global teams across time zones to deliver reliable, scalable software.

Formación

• Core Java and solid Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.
• Proven design expertise, including Design Patterns and UML.
• J2EE experience with application servers like Websphere, Weblogic, JBoss, or Apache Tomcat.
• Experience with Spring frameworks, including Core Spring, Spring Integration, and Spring AOP.
• Proficiency in REST and SOAP web service development.
• Knowledge of JPDA/Hibernate.
• Experience with distributed caching frameworks such as ehCache or Websphere eXtreme Scale.
• Familiarity with encryption and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
• Experience with XML processing and binding frameworks like JAXB, Xstream, or Stax.
