ARCHER is seeking a lead software engineer to drive the design, development, testing, and production support of secure Java microservices and APIs for Branch Operations Technology. You will own the team’s DevOps and delivery practices and push for AI-assisted engineering, testing standards, and reliability improvements.

The role requires formal software engineering training or certification and at least five years of hands-on Java, system design, testing, and CD experience, with AWS/private

• Requires formal software engineering training or certification.
• At least five years of applied experience in Java services, system design, testing, operational stability, and continuous delivery.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools, REST/OpenAPI, observability, Kafka, Cassandra, and production applications hosted in private cloud or AWS.
