ARCHER is seeking a seasoned software leader to design and deliver secure, scalable Java applications and event-driven microservices using Kafka. You will mentor engineers, guide architecture, and improve system resilience in a fast-paced environment.

You will champion responsible AI-assisted development, collaborate across teams, and help shape cloud infrastructure, REST APIs, and CI/CD practices for robust production systems.
